1. High precision detection technology:
The software and hardware dual stage filtering method adopts an improved Filter algorithm, sets configurable drift calibration values, and solves the measurement accuracy of a large number of signals and the problems of signal common ground, isolation, and anti-interference.
2. High precision SOC technology:
The initial equivalent model modeling of the battery system, combined with deep self-learning of dynamic fitting of internal parameters of the battery, established a multidimensional evaluation and prediction method for the lifespan of the battery and battery pack. The simplified Kalman filtering algorithm was used to achieve SOC accuracy of over 95%.
3. Multi level fault diagnosis:
Combining the three-level architecture of energy storage for multi-level fault diagnosis. Layout of test points, combined with operation logs and fault logs, for fault self diagnosis, reducing the scope of fault occurrence, and improving the efficiency of fault localization.
4. Enhanced security protection technology:
Complete isolation of strong and weak electricity, with dual redundancy design in key controls, to detect and protect the disconnection and reverse connection of individual battery cables. Over voltage and over current control, over discharge control, prevention of high temperature, and battery shutdown in the event of collision.
5. Intelligent control active balancing technology:
Based on the collection of internal parameter information of the battery during charging, discharging, and usage, an active balancing weight strategy is implemented to improve the efficiency of active balancing and improve the individual characteristics of the battery.
